1. Key Definitions
1.1. Company / Data Controller – Ugnė Pauplytė, operating under individual activity registration No. 1489494, conducting business via the online store at wear121b.com.
1.2. Customer / Data Subject – a natural person who is a customer of the Company (including website visitors) whose personal data is collected by the Company.
1.3. Online Store – the Company's online store at wear121b.com.
1.4. Services – all services provided by the Company.
1.5. Personal Data – any information relating to a natural person whose identity is known or can be directly or indirectly determined.
1.6. Processing of Personal Data – any operation performed on personal data, including collection, recording, storage, modification, disclosure, use, or deletion.
1.7. Partner – a legal entity providing services to the Company in connection with its operations, including delivery, payment processing, marketing, and similar activities.
1.8. Cookie – a small piece of text information automatically created while browsing and stored on the visitor's device.
1.9. Direct Marketing – activities aimed at offering goods or services to individuals via mail, phone, or other direct means, or requesting their feedback on offered goods or services.
1.10. Privacy Policy – this document, setting out the principles and rules for processing Personal Data when using the Online Store.
2. General Provisions
2.1. The Customer grants the Company the right to process their Personal Data to the extent and for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy.
2.2. Personal Data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection legislation, including the GDPR and the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
2.3. The Company processes Personal Data according to the following principles:
- Data is collected for defined and lawful purposes;
- Data is processed accurately, fairly, and lawfully;
- Only data necessary for the stated purposes is collected;
- Data is kept up to date;
- Data is stored only as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected;
- All Personal Data is treated as confidential;
- Personal Data will not be used for unlawful purposes.
2.4. By purchasing from the Online Store, the Customer confirms they have read and agree to this Privacy Policy. If the Customer disagrees with any part of this policy, they must not place an order.
2.5. This Privacy Policy may be updated at the Company's discretion. The latest version is always published on the Online Store website.
2.6. Customers may place orders as guests or through a registered account.
3. Collection, Use, and Storage of Personal Data
3.1. The Company collects and processes the following Personal Data for the purposes listed below:
3.1.1. E-commerce purposes. Data processed: name, surname, email address, phone number, delivery address, age/year of birth, IP address, and payment information. Retention period: 5 (five) years from the date of the last login to the Online Store.
3.1.2. Direct marketing purposes (with consent only). Data processed: name, surname, phone number, email address, address, age, gender, date of birth, place of residence. Retention period: 5 (five) years from the date of the last login.
3.2. The Customer may consent to the processing of their Personal Data for Direct Marketing purposes. If the Customer later withdraws this consent, the Company will stop processing their data for marketing purposes and will no longer send marketing communications, except for order-related information.
3.3. The Customer may withdraw their consent for Direct Marketing at any time by sending an email to ugnepauplyte@gmail.com clearly stating that they withdraw consent.
3.4. The Customer may also opt out of marketing communications by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email received.
3.5. As a Data Subject, the Customer has the following rights:
- 3.5.1. The right to receive information about how their Personal Data is processed and to access their data;
- 3.5.2. The right to receive information about the sources, purposes, and recipients of their Personal Data collected within the past 1 (one) year;
- 3.5.3. The right to request the correction, deletion, or suspension (except for storage) of their Personal Data if it is processed in breach of applicable law.
3.6. To exercise their rights, the Customer must verify their identity. The Company provides this information free of charge once per year. Requests can be submitted by email to ugnepauplyte@gmail.com. The Company will respond within 30 (thirty) calendar days.
3.7. Personal Data is not shared with third parties except in the following cases:
- 3.7.1. With the Customer's consent;
- 3.7.2. With Partners providing services necessary to fulfil the Customer's order (e.g. delivery, payment processing);
- 3.7.3. With competent authorities as required by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania;
- 3.7.4. Payments are processed via the MakeCommerce.lt platform, operated by Maksekeskus AS (Liivalaia 45, Tallinn 10145, Estonia, reg. No. 12268475). Payment-related personal data will be shared with Maksekeskus AS solely for the purpose of processing and confirming payments.
3.8. The Customer has the right to object to the processing of their Personal Data for Direct Marketing purposes at any time.
3.9. The Company implements technical and organisational measures to protect Personal Data against accidental or unlawful destruction, alteration, disclosure, or any other unlawful processing.
3.10. In cases required by competent authorities, or where Personal Data may have been used for unlawful activity or identity fraud, Personal Data may be retained for longer than stated in this Policy.
3.11. Cookies are used on the Online Store to recognise returning visitors, collect traffic statistics, and manage shopping cart functionality. Customers may view and delete cookies at any time via their browser settings. For more information about cookies, visit www.allaboutcookies.org.
4. Other Provisions
4.1. This Privacy Policy may be amended at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on the Online Store website.
